Fall Book Study at St. Peter’s
Liturgy of the Ordinary: Sacred Practices in Everyday Life, by Tish Harrison Warren
Join us this fall as we explore how sacred moments meet us in our mundane everyday lives. We invite you to read this on your own, with friends or family, or in ministry groups. There are questions for each chapter that are suitable for reflection or journalling, or group discussion, in person or online.
Ways to Engage
Gather readers before or after church, in Crossroads Hall or the All Saints’ Room, to discuss a chapter or two each week.
Invite members of a ministry in which you participate to gather in person or online (perhaps by message app or social media) in discussion regularly throughout the fall.
Read it individually at your own pace, reflecting on the questions or using them as journal prompts.
Share with family or friends to explore together—they may be from different congregations or none at all.
