Supporting Discipleship at Every Age
Faith formation is a lifelong journey for each Christian. Opportunities for building our faith and becoming more intentional disciples of Jesus Christ arise at many different points along our journey, some shared, and some on our own. At St. Peter's, we offer opportunities for faith formation throughout the year, for all ages.
Children & Families
We welcome children at St. Peter's! Simply by bringing your children to church, you are beginning to provide them with lifelong faith formation, and we want to encourage you in every way that we can. Whether you are bringing children into a worship service, participating in one of our formation activities, or looking for resources to learn more, know that you and your children are welcome here!
Our hallmark Sunday morning program for children is Wiggle & Worship. Children belong in church, and so we start there each Sunday. During the Sermon through to the Peace, we invite all children (and their caregivers) to join us in a separate space to explore a Bible story together, discovering God’s Word in fresh and relatable ways.
We also fully integrate children into worship, and most of our young people participate in worship ministries alongside adults at almost every service. We also do all we can to support parents in their unique calling to raise the next generation. In this intergenerational practice, we are learning together, worshipping together, and serving together both in and outside of church.

Youth
Our youth ministry is vibrant and active at St. Peter’s. We offer multiple opportunities for our youth to gather in prayer, fellowship, and service throughout the year. Our youth are a visible presence at St. Peter’s, from serving in worship and music ministry, supporting outreach initiatives, and participating in all aspects of life at St. Peter’s. Our goal is to create a safe and encouraging space for our youth to explore their journey in a community of faith, and to see how God is working in their lives.
Resources
Adults
St. Peter's provides worship, ministries, and formation opportunities for people at all stages in their Christian journey. We support lifelong formation at St. Peter’s, together in community, and in smaller groups in ministry, and individually in faith practices.
