A Quiet Day for women focused on the Creative Life of Prayer. Our speaker is The Reverend Canon Susanna Cates, the Canon for Formation and Vocations in the Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey. She will guide us as we explore meditation and prayer practices of three holy women: St. Julian, writer and monastic, St. Catherine of Bologna, artist and monastic and Evelyn Underhill, writer and mystic. The day will include learning to use color and creative expression in calendar journals. Lunch, journals and supplies are included in the $30 registration fee. Our day will conclude with a celebration of the Holy Eucharist.
