Anne serves as Assistant for Formation & Communication at St. Peter's Church, where she has been a member since 2006. Anne is responsible for creating and implementing the faith formation programs here, including the LIFE 2.0 events and both faith-at-church and faith-at-home initiatives for all ages. She also directs St. Peter's print and digital communications efforts, such as the website, bulletins, and social media presence.
Anne spent her early years as a Lutheran in Des Moines, Iowa, before being confirmed as an Episcopalian in 7th grade in Delaware. She studied history and political science at the University of Richmond and received an MA in British History from the University of Minnesota in 2000. Informed by her personal experience and professional knowledge, Anne firmly believes that effective faith formation is lifelong and is caught, not taught.
Anne lives in Freehold Boro with her husband, Noel, and their two boys, James and Matthew. She enjoys reading, cooking, baseball, and traveling with her family.
